1. 14-Day Cancellation Period
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unassembled, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
2. Return Logistics & Costs

Customer Responsibility: Due to the extreme industrial weight of workbenches, dust extractors, and cabin kits, the customer is responsible for organizing and paying for return freight transport.

Heavy items must be securely strapped back onto their original delivery pallets before freight collection.

Bespoke / Made-to-Order Items: Industrial workbenches built specifically to your dimensional specifications and custom timber buildings may be subject to a manufacturer restocking fee of up to 20% if cancelled after manufacturing has already commenced or delivery has been fulfilled.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or transit damage, we will repair or replace the item entirely at our expense. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer address on the box. Contact us directly to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct depot return address:
